- The first time you feed, follow the instructions for changing food on the pack to avoid any gastrointestinal discomfort or diarrhoea which can caused by a rapid change of diet.
- Follow the ‘recommended feeding amount’ on the pack to avoid by over or under-eating.
- Fresh food needs to be refrigerated after opening. Remove from the refrigerator and bring to room temperature for 20 minutes. Don’t serve the food too cold.
It’s really important to make any diet changes slowly. Gradually introducing the new food over a 7 day period is the best way to avoid some of the issues that can occur with a change to diet.
